Fearless little girl picks up giant snake while exploring island

What happens When a little  girl encounters a huge snake? Scream and flee in flight probably but not this brave little girl. YouTube video by Jay F, shows the filmer's niece, who he calls "Princess Adriana," sifting through some wood while on Michigan's Beaver Island when she came upon the snake


"Look what I found!", she says casually while holding up the wriggling reptile as her relatives react with a mixture of shock and laughter. 


"Alright, throw him in the water 'cause he might try to bite you, OK?" 


The little tot let's it go with a cheery "Bye snake!"


The uploader said she was "taking after her father who was legendary for this kind of thing when he was a child."

Orlando gunman's current wife might face Jail time for being an Aid to the Shooting that left 50 dead

Orlando gunman's current wife drove him to Pulse Nightclub to "scope it out" and tried to talk
him out of the attack

Noor Zahi Salman, the second and current wife of Orlando gunman Omar Mateen, might face criminal charges for failing to disclose vital
information about her husband's plans for the Pulse nightclub shooting that left at least 50 dead and 53 others injured.

According to NBC, Noor told federal agents she was with Mateen when he bought ammunition and a holster, and once drove him to Pulse nightclub
"because he wanted to scope it out." She also claimed that she tried to talk her husband out of carrying out the attack.

 Mateen opened fire at Pulse early Sunday morning, leaving 50 dead and 53 injured. Twenty-seven victims remained hospitalized on Tuesday. Six were in critical condition, according to hospital officials who said the death toll was still at risk of rising because one or two of the patients were "profoundly ill"

Authorities are considering filing criminal charges against Noor for failing to tell them what she knew before the attack, law enforcement officials say, but no decision has been made. She is cooperating with investigators.

Mateen, 29, was born in New York to Afghan immigrants. He was married twice, and was the father of a 3-year-old boy.

Female tourist raped in Qatar fined £582 & given a suspended jail sentence for adultery

A 22-year-old Dutch tourist who was drugged and raped by a stranger in Qatar has been given a suspended jail sentence for adultery.

According to her lawyer, Brian Lokollo, she was on holiday with a friend and went out for drinks at a hotel bar in the Qatari capital on March 15.
'She went dancing but when she returned to the table after the first sip of her drink, she realised that she had been drugged.
She really didn't feel very well. The young woman remembers nothing more until the following morning when she woke up in a totally unfamiliar apartment and realised to her great horror, that she had been raped. The man insisted they had consensual sex and claimed the woman had asked him for money.'

After reporting the attack to the police, she was arrested and charged with adultery for having sex out of wedlock. The man she accused was sentenced to 100 lashes for adultery, 40 lashes for consuming alcohol but will not serve any time in jail. However, She was fined 3,000 Qatari riyals (£582) and told she would be deported after she had paid the fine.

Briefing reporters on the case, Dutch ambassador to Qatar, Yvette Burghgraef-van Eechoud said:

'We will do everything to get her out of the country as soon as possible to where she wants to go.'

Bill Gates (Microsoft) buys LinkedIn for $26.2B in cash, as His Great Move on Social Media

Microsoft, today, announced that it is acquiring LinkedIn, the social network for professionals with 433 million users, for $26 billion, on $196 per share, in cash. The transaction has already been approved by the boards of LinkedIn and
Microsoft.

LinkedIn is keeping its branding and product. It will become a part of Microsoft’s productivity and business processes segment. LinkedIn’s CEO Jeff Weiner will report to Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella. Read the letter Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella sent to employees about the buy after the cut:

I'm excited to share that today Microsoft announced a deal to acquire LinkedIn. You can see how Jeff Weiner, the CEO of LinkedIn, and I envision the opportunity ahead in this public presentation.

This deal brings together the world's leading professional cloud with the world's leading professional network. I have been learning about LinkedIn for some time while also reflecting on how networks can truly differentiate cloud services. It's clear to me that the LinkedIn team has grown a fantastic business and an impressive network of more than 433 million professionals.

Given this is the biggest acquisition for Microsoft since I became CEO, I wanted to share with you how I think about acquisitions overall. To start, I consider if an asset will expand our opportunity specifically, does it expand our total addressable market? Is this asset riding secular usage and technology trends? And does this asset align with our core business and overall sense of purpose?

The answer to all of those questions with LinkedIn is squarely yes. We are in pursuit of a common mission centered on empowering people and organizations. Along with the new growth in our Office 365 commercial and Dynamics businesses this deal is key to our bold ambition to reinvent productivity and business processes.

It requires a vibrant network that brings together a professional's information in LinkedIn's public network with the information in Office 365 and Dynamics. This combination will make it possible for new experiences such as a LinkedIn newsfeed that serves up articles based on the project you are working on and Office suggesting an expert to connect with via LinkedIn to help with a task you're trying to complete. As these experiences get more intelligent and delightful, the LinkedIn and Office 365 engagement will grow. And in turn, new opportunities will be created for monetization through individual and organization subscriptions and targeted advertising. Jeff and I both believe we have a significant opportunity to accelerate LinkedIn's growth and the value it brings to its members with Microsoft's assets and scale. In fact, when Reid Hoffman, the founder of LinkedIn, and I spoke about the opportunity for us to come together, he called it a "re-founding" moment for LinkedIn and an opportunity to reach the mission the company set out on 13 years ago.

The opportunity for Office 365 and Dynamics is just as profound. Over the past decade we have moved Office from a set of productivity tools to a cloud service across any platform and device.

This deal is the next step forward for Office 365 and Dynamics as they connect to the world’s largest and most valuable professional network. In essence, we can reinvent ways to make professionals more productive while at the same time reinventing selling, marketing and talent management business processes. I can't wait to see what our teams dream up when we can begin working together once the deal closes, which we expect will happen this calendar year.

A big part of this deal is accelerating LinkedIn's growth. To that end, LinkedIn will retain its distinct brand and independence, as well as their culture which is very much aligned with ours. Jeff will continue to be CEO of LinkedIn, he'll report to me and join our senior leadership team. In essence, what I've asked Jeff to do is manage LinkedIn with key performance metrics that accrue to our overall success. He'll decide from there what makes sense to integrate and what does not. We know that near term there will be no changes in who reports to whom so no reporting relationships at Microsoft will change in that regard. This approach is designed to keep the LinkedIn team focused on driving results while simultaneously partnering on product integration plans with the Office 365 and Dynamics teams. During the integration, we'll pick key projects where we can go deep together that will ultimately result in new experiences for customers. Kurt DelBene will lead the overall integration efforts at Microsoft in close partnership with Qi Lu and Scott Guthrie.

I've been married for over three years now, am like every other married woman who is not so fulfilled with her marital life, i have never cheated on my husband before, i have tried to live my the book but it hasn't paid me well, i decided to turn around and taste what the other side of life is like, i haven't dated many men, i have always been the #goodytwoshoes#. My husband cheated on me just a few moths into our wedding, i forgave him, we moved on, he did it again and again, i am tired of hearing pray for him and let him be that he will turn a new leaf. I cannot be sharing my man with everyone,
you claim to love someone yet you screw around.
Maybe i need to get some action myself as well.... I hit the gym, toned my body (not like am fat) I am very much to behold, i am tall, beautiful, and i turn heads but i cannot dull, if he cant keep his thing down and derives pleasure in toiling with my emotions, na to look else where oh.
Along the line at a social function i went, i met this awesome guy, he actually helped me out with my car because i had a flat tire, from there we exchanged complimentary cards, the first time i saw him, i just knew he was the one i wanted to explore with, he is sweet to a fault. I gave him a few weeks, he did not call or keep in
touch, so i found him on facebook and added him, we exchanged pins and started chatting constantly, he knew i was married, we chatted all through the day, he told me all about himself, his failed marriage, how he has been separated from the mother of his 6 year old son for 4 years, we talked about his business, he is fully loaded (RICH) he got so used to calling me that i had to warn him to stop cos am married that he should ping me first and find out if the environment is okay for a call.
He told me so much things in a few days we started talking, i dint blame him, am a very warm person, understanding and ready to listen, i also told him about my predicament as well, and he said he was sorry about it and gave me this option:
'if the seat is too hot for you, walk out'. The thing is i am not ready to leave my husband because i still love him. 
Back to the main gist We got so inseparable, so close, we talked all the time, i paid him a visit at his house and it was magical, i felt like a baby all over again, he had not had sex in a while, he ripped all my clothes off, gave me d head of life, licked me all over, turned me around and we had the most amazing and rewarding sex ever. It was fantastic, we skpyed all the time, had fone sex, sent unclad pics to each other, we looked forward to seeing each other again, but the problem is, ever sine he got inside me, he stopped communicating with me like before, i have him on bbm but he wont update, he just treats me like i don't exist.
Please help me what do i do? I want more of him, i got so fond of him, how can i start this all over again with him, how do i confront him, when i am having sex with my husband, i close my eyes and all i can see is him, all i can feel is him, all i can smell is him, i desire only him.

Spanish players David De Gea, Munian and Isco involved in sexual assault scandal

Manchester United goalkeeper David De Gea
alongside Athletic Bilbao player, Iker Muniain and Real Madrid midfielder Isco have all been exposed by a girl claiming she was forced to have sex with Muniain and Isco in 2012 after being physically threatened by David De Gea.
According to the girl, who is in protective

custody, David De Gea allegedly arranged for her to have sex with his Spanish Under 21 teammates back in 2012, and claims that while the goalkeeper didn't have sex with her, he physically threatened and cajoled her to have sex with Muniain and Isco.

The woman is a protected witness for the Torbe case, a police investigation to find out whether the famous Spanish porn director Torbe recorded some of his videos with minors. She was not a minor back in 2012, Spanish top papers El Dario and El Confidencial report.
There will be more news and information regarding this scandal in the coming days but De Gea, Isco and Muniain are definitely in trouble as the news comes just days before their EURO 2016 opener against Czech Republic on Monday.

A respected school teacher has lost her job
after different photos of her dressed as a
schoolgirl and bending over appeared on a

resigned after photos of her in school
uniform appeared on an adult website. The
woman quit her job this week after scores of
photos of her in underwear and in sexual
poses were discovered on a website used by
s*x workers.

The woman identified as Michelle Copeland
oversaw the running of the Woodside
Academy in Bradford, West Yorkshire in her
role as ‘trust director’ before the whole
incident.
According to MailOnline, the pictures were
posted on AdultWork.com, which describes
itself as ‘ a safe and anonymous environment
where individuals can distribute and market
their own adult products, services and
content’.
They include a photo of Ms Copeland posing
on a bed in a school shirt and tie along with
a short skirt and suspenders.
The profile stated: ‘I’m very, very naughty. I
love to try out new experiences, maybe new
role play scenarios,’ according to The Sun.

The 39-year-old woman admitted the
pictures are of her but says she never
posted it on the site. She insisted she has no
idea how it got to the website.
The profile – which reportedly charged
customers £4.80 for 24-hour access to the
photos – has since been removed from the
website.
A school spokesman said: ‘Mrs Michelle
Copeland was a director of the Woodside
Academy Trust between 2 July 2015 and 7
June 2016.
‘This was an unpaid role which she carried
out on a voluntary basis. Mrs Copeland is
not, and has never been, an employee of the
Academy in any capacity.
‘She resigned as director on 7 June 2016.
The Academy does not comment upon the
private affairs of its directors, employees or
those that work with it. ‘
